6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All returns and exchanges must follow our Return Policy and require an approved Return Authorization (RA).

- Electronics, ECU flashes, custom‑built parts, clearance items, and special‑order items are final sale.
- Cancellations are only accepted before an order has shipped. Once shipped, the order is considered fulfilled.

10. All Products Are For Competition Closed Course Use Only
Performance Product Use & Compliance Notice: Atlantic Jet Sports supplies high‑performance components engineered solely for closed‑course racing and sanctioned competition. These parts are not designed, tested, certified, or warranted for use on public waterways or on watercraft equipped with emissions‑controlled systems. Installing or using these components may change the watercraft’s safety characteristics, emissions compliance, or legal classification. Using competition‑only products on public waterways may violate federal, state, or local regulations. By purchasing, installing, or operating a watercraft equipped with these components, the user acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all associated risks—including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, mechanical failure, or legal consequences. The user further agrees that Atlantic Jet Sports assumes no liability for damages arising from improper installation, misuse, or operation outside of competition environments.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including product descriptions, images, logos, branding, and technical resources—is the property of Atlantic Jet Sports and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity. Orders may require additional verification.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ocean County, NJ.
Shipping Time & Methods
Orders typically ship out to you within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This excludes custom, made-to-order, and special order items such as mat kits, seat covers, waterboxes, beach dollies, colored stands, etc...
Please Note: Choosing an expedited shipping method only affects the time in transit; it does not shorten the number of business days until your order ships out to you.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders shipped within the Continental United States, weighing 20lbs or less and with a value in US dollars of $150.00 or more (before state sales tax and shipping costs are applied) are eligible for free shipping except where noted on our website.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Domestic orders are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Federal Express. We do not ship any orders C.O.D. Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days. This excludes custom, made-to-order, and special order items such as mat kits, seat covers, waterboxes, beach dollies, colored stands, etc...
UPS: All UPS domestic and International shipping options include real-time online tracking for the customer.
USPS: The USPS does provide tracking information for Express and Priority shipments. Although a tracking number is provided, the USPS system does not provide real-time tracking, so there may be delays between scans or periods of time where the package shows no movement. Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. retains all shipment information as verification of the shipment departure and arrival in your country.
NOTE REGARDING USPS SHIPPING:
The New USPS shipping module incorporates a "shipping time estimator". This new feature is an estimate for transit time only and is not guaranteed by USPS to arrive in the indicated number of days they display. Also, this is an estimate of transit time once the order ships and is NOT a shipping upgrade.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED:
We do our best to accommodate the shipping method selected through our online system; however, some warehouses will only ship with certain shipping companies, therefore orders may convert from USPS to UPS or FedEx and vice versa. You will not incur any extra charge in shipping costs for these changes. All Hydro Turf, Factory Zero, and AquaCart orders are shipped UPS.
PLEASE NOTE:
Some products, even though ordered together, may ship from different warehouses. Do not be surprised if you receive a partial shipment of your order, with the balance arriving at a later date. You will receive an email from UPS, USPS, FedEx, or AJS with the tracking number(s) of your shipment(s) when the item(s) have shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) Express Mail or Priority International Mail. Shipping charges reflect transportation costs only and do not include international brokerage fees, duties, GST/HST/PST, or other applicable taxes. Customers outside the United States may receive a separate invoice directly from the carrier for these additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME:
UPS Standard Delivery - Approximately 3-5 Business Days
USPS Express International Mail - Approximately 3-5 business days (actual delivery time may vary depending on the release of the package by foreign customs).
USPS Priority International Mail - Approximately 6-10 business days (actual delivery time may vary depending on the release of the package by foreign customs).
Please be aware that the USPS Express and Priority International Mail service has a slower customs clearance than UPS, so in some instances, delivery can take longer than estimated.
Please note that all quotes (website, email, phone, invoices, work orders, etc.) are provided in US currency. These totals may be converted to your currency via the currency converter at http://www.xe.com/ucc/
International shipments are sent Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as duties, clearing fees, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT), etc., depending upon the rules of each country. These fees may vary widely and are the recipient's responsibility. Customers are encouraged to contact their local UPS customs or Postal office for an estimate of these fees. Likewise, any import duty or fees will be collected at the time of arrival during customs clearance upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once an item has been shipped internationally, it is considered "sold" and is no longer the responsibility of Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC, is not responsible for any fees, delays, or issues caused by shippers or customs after a shipment has left our facility. If customs and duties are not paid on an order, the order will be deemed abandoned, and no refund will be issued. If a package received by customs is refused because the customer cannot clear the tariffs or taxes, Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. will refund the cost of the purchase only after return shipping fees and any additional fees required to return the package to Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. have been paid by the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy and Instructions
Atlantic Jet Sports is committed to delivering high‑quality Personal Watercraft Marine components, parts, and accessories, and ensuring every customer receives the correct parts in new, unused condition. The following policy governs all returns, exchanges, warranty claims, and dispute‑related procedures. By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined below.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that this Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy forms part of the purchase contract. These terms apply to all orders without exception.
2. Fitment, Compatibility & Intended Use

3. Definition of “Not as Described.”
A product is considered “not as described” only if it materially differs from:

4. Damage, Defects & Workmanship Concerns
If an item arrives damaged or appears to have a defect in materials or workmanship:

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery through our Order Damage or Defective Claim Form.

Atlantic Jet Sports will assist in filing a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier or manufacturer.

Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed.

5. Mandatory Inspection & Troubleshooting Requirement
Before any return, refund, warranty claim, or dispute is initiated:

7. Return Authorization Requirement (RMA)
A valid return requires:

Returning the product unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

8. How to Start a Return Request

Sign In — Log in to your Customer Account Portal from the top right of the website.

Locate Your Order — Open your order history and select the order.

9. Return Eligibility Requirements

- Installed, test‑fitted, or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns not caused by an approved damage or defect claim, or Atlantic Jet Sports error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
10. Packaging Requirements
To ensure eligibility:

We will be happy to assist you in placing a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but please remember that approving or denying a warranty claim is determined by the product manufacturer. All claims for consequential, physical, incidental, or special damage are hereby excluded.

• Disconnect the battery before performing any installation or maintenance to prevent accidental ignition, electrical shock, or unintended engine engagement.
• Allow the engine, exhaust, and surrounding components to cool completely before beginning work.
• No smoking, open flames, or spark‑producing devices should be present during installation.
