FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders shipping within the Continental United States, weighing 20lbs or less and with a value in US dollars of $150.00 or more (before state sales tax and shipping costs are applied) are eligible for free shipping except where noted on our website.

Domestic orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS standard ground shipping. Additional shipping services (1, 2, and 3 day) are available at an additional cost upon the request of the customer and by approval of Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. We do not ship any orders C.O.D.
UPS: All UPS domestic and International shipping options include real time online tracking for the customer.
USPS: The USPS does provide tracking information for Express and Priority shipments. Although a tracking number is provided the USPS system does not provide real time tracking so there may be delays between scans or periods of time where the package shows no movement. Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. retains all shipment information as verification of the shipment departure and arrival in your country.
NOTE REGARDING USPS SHIPPING: The New USPS shipping module incorporates a "shipping time estimator". This new feature is an estimate for transit time only and is not guaranteed by USPS to arrive in the indicated number of days they display. Also this is an estimate of transit time once the order ships and is NOT a shipping upgrade.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED:
We do our best to accommodate the shipping method selected through our on-line system however some warehouses will only ship with certain shipping companies therefore orders may convert from USPS to UPS shipping and visa versa. You will not incur any extra charge in shipping cost for these changes. All Hydro Turf and TDR waterbox orders are shipped UPS.
Some products, even though ordered together, may ship from different warehouses. Do not be surprised if you receive a partial shipment of your order, with the balance arriving at a later date. You will receive an email from UPS, USPS, Fed Ex or AJS with the tracking number(s) of your shipment(s) when the item(s) has shipped.
International orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) Express Mail or Priority International Mail. Once your order is received and we are able to determine the exact box size and weight, a customized price quote will be prepared for each service and emailed to you. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME:
UPS Standard Delivery - Approximately 3-5 Business Days
USPS Express International Mail - Approximately 3-5 business days (actual delivery time may vary depending on the release of the package by foreign customs).
USPS Priority International Mail - Approximately 6-10 business days (actual delivery time may vary depending on the release of the package by foreign customs).
Please be aware that the USPS Express and Priority International Mail service has a slower customs clearance than UPS, so in some instances delivery can take longer than estimated.
Please note that all quotes (website, email, phone, invoices, work orders, etc.) are provided in US currency. These totals may be converted to your currency via the currency converter at http://www.xe.com/ucc/
International shipments are sent Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as duties, clearing fees, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) etc. depending upon the rules of each country. These fees may vary widely and are the recipients responsibility. Customers are encouraged to contact their local UPS customs or Postal office for an estimate of these fees. Likewise, any import duty or fees will be collected at time of arrival during customs clearance upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once an item has been shipped internationally, it is considered "sold" and is no longer the responsibility of Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. is not responsible for any fees, delays, or issues caused by shippers or customs after a shipment has left our facility. If customs and duties are not paid on an order, the order will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be issued. If a package received by customs is refused because the customer cannot clear the tariffs or taxes, Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. will refund the cost of the purchase only after return shipping fees and any additional fees required to return the package to Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. have been paid by the customer.
