Oil Injection Block Off Kits

Oil injector block off kits allow easy conversion of oil injected personal watercraft to premix fuel. Plate covers and seals hole left in flywheel cover after oil injection pump has been removed. Kit includes; block off plate, mounting bolts & washers and fitting caps.

Suggested 2-Stroke Personal Watercraft Oil / Fuel Pre-Mix Ratio's:

  • Yamaha WaveRunner: 500/650/701/760/1100/1200 (NPV): 50 to 1 ratio oil to fuel ratio (2.5 ounces oil to one gallon fuel).
  • Yamaha WaveRunner: 800 & 1200 (PowerValve Motors):  32 to 1 oil to fuel ratio (4 ounces oil to one gallon fuel). 
  • Kawasaki JetSki: 50 to 1 ratio oil to fuel ratio (2.5 ounces oil to one gallon fuel).  
  • Sea-Doo: 40 to 1 ratio oil to fuel ratio (3.2 ounces oil to one gallon fuel). 
  • Polaris: 40 to 1 ratio oil to fuel ratio (3.2 ounces oil to one gallon fuel).  
  • Tigershark: 40 to 1 ratio oil to fuel ratio (3.2 ounces oil to one gallon fuel).
