Atlantic Jet Sports is committed to delivering high‑quality Personal Watercraft Marine components, parts, and accessories, and ensuring every customer receives the correct parts in new, unused condition. The following policy governs all returns, exchanges, warranty claims, and dispute‑related procedures. By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined below.
1. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer agrees that this Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy forms part of the purchase contract. These terms apply to all orders without exception.
2. Fitment, Compatibility & Intended Use
Personal Watercraft Marine components, parts, and accessories are model‑specific.

3. Definition of “Not as Described.”
A product is considered “not as described” only if it materially differs from:

- The listed item number.
- The product photos, unless noted on the product page as "Generic Image."
- The manufacturer’s published data.

Subjective dissatisfaction, performance expectations, or personal opinions do not qualify as “not as described.”
4. Damage, Defects & Workmanship Concerns
If an item arrives damaged or appears to have a defect in materials or workmanship:

- Atlantic Jet Sports will assist in filing a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier or manufacturer.

5. Mandatory Inspection & Troubleshooting Requirement
Before any return, refund, warranty claim, or dispute is initiated:

- Verify any claim of defect, damage, or non‑conformity.

Failure to complete this process voids eligibility for return or refund and is recognized by card networks as valid merchant protection.
6. Evidence Requirement
All claims of defect, damage, or non‑conformity must include:

- The order number, item purchased, and watercraft year, make, model, and motor size items were purchased for use on.
- Clear photographic or video evidence.
Claims submitted without evidence cannot be processed.
7. Return Authorization Requirement (RMA)
A valid return requires:

- Initiating a Return Request through the Customer Account Portal within 10 days of delivery.
- Receiving approval and an RMA#.
- Returning the product unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

Emails or messages that do not follow the RMA process do not constitute a valid return attempt.
8. How to Start a Return Request

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be NEW, UNUSED, UNINSTALLED, and UNMODIFIED
- All original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Items returned without an approved RMA# will be refused at our shipping dock.
- Installed, test‑fitted, or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
- The item MUST not be listed in section 13. - Non‑Returnable & Restricted Items.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns not caused by an approved damage or defect claim, or Atlantic Jet Sports error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
10. Packaging Requirements
To ensure eligibility:

- Use the original packaging and pack items carefully.
- Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS Ground).
- Include a copy of your order receipt.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear. Returns are processed on Mondays.
11. Exchanges

- Replacement items ship after the original item is received and inspected.

12. Warranty Coverage
Atlantic Jet Sports disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, with respect to any merchandise purchased in any way from Atlantic Jet Sports. All warranties are those of the manufacturer. We will be happy to assist you in placing a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but please remember that approving or denying a warranty claim is determined by the product manufacturer. All claims for consequential, physical, incidental, or special damage are hereby excluded.
Manufacturers' warranty DOES NOT cover:

- Cavitation damage.
- Wear from normal use.
- Damage from foreign objects.
- Use outside manufacturer specifications.

13. Non‑Returnable & Restricted Items

Electrical Components
Including but not limited to: Starter motors, regulators, relays, CDI units, ignition coils, fuel injectors, flywheels, stator coils/assemblies.
Specialty & Custom Items

- Aqua Performance steps.
- RRP handlepoles.
- Special‑order items.
- Close‑out items.
- Personalized or custom‑made products.

Media, Manuals & Electronics
Must be returned unopened:

Defective media may be exchanged for the same item only.
Open Box Items

14. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
To protect both parties:

- Initiating a chargeback without completing Atlantic Jet Sports’ required inspection, troubleshooting, and RMA process is a violation of the purchase agreement.
- In the event of a dispute, Atlantic Jet Sports will provide the card issuer with:
- Proof of product specifications.
- Evidence of delivery.
- Customer communications.
- Policy acceptance at checkout.
- Documentation of any refusal to follow the RMA process.
- Proof of product specifications.
- Initiating a chargeback without completing Atlantic Jet Sports’ required inspection, troubleshooting, and RMA process is a violation of the purchase agreement.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Atlantic Jet Sports, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy.
