By accessing our website, placing an order, or interacting with Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Sales Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect our customers, our brand, and the integrity of the products we sell.

1. General Use & Acceptance of Terms

By using www.atlanticjetsports.com or purchasing any product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products from Atlantic Jet Sports. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information & Fitment Responsibility

We provide detailed product descriptions, specifications, and fitment notes to the best of our ability. However:

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific watercraft or application.
    • Product images may vary slightly from actual items due to manufacturer updates, color variations, or batch differences.
    • Performance parts may alter the behavior of your watercraft and should be installed by qualified professionals.

If you have fitment questions, contact us before purchasing.

4. Pricing, Payments & Order Processing

    • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, shipping cost errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud.
    • Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
    • Sales tax is applied based on the shipping destination.
    • Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

    • We ship using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight services.
    • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
    • Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
    • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages must be resolved with the carrier.

Please Note: Certain products—such as Beach Dollies, Ramps and Extensions, Display Stands, Shop Carts, and Storage Carts—ship in large, oversized, heavy packages. When ordering multiple units, our shopping cart may not accurately calculate the total shipping cost. The shipping estimate shown reflects the cost for one (1) unit shipped to the lower 48 contiguous United States. If the actual shipping cost differs from the estimate displayed at checkout, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm and obtain approval. 

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All returns and exchanges must follow our Return Policy and require an approved Return Authorization (RA).

    • Unauthorized returns will be refused.
    • Installed, used, or modified products are not eligible for return.
    • Electronics, ECU flashes, custom‑built parts, clearance items, and special‑order items are final sale.
    • Cancellations are only accepted before an order has shipped. Once shipped, the order is considered fulfilled.

7. Manufacturer Warranties

All warranties are those of the product manufacturer, not Atlantic Jet Sports.
We will assist in submitting a warranty claim, but:

    • Approval or denial is determined solely by the manufacturer.
    • Any modification, improper installation, or misuse voids warranty coverage.
    • Consequential, incidental, or special damages are excluded.

8. Performance Parts & Assumption of Risk

Many products sold by Atlantic Jet Sports are performance‑oriented and may increase stress on your engine or components.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:

    • Performance parts may void manufacturer warranties.
    • Improper installation or tuning can cause engine damage.
    • You assume all risks associated with modifying or operating a personal watercraft.

Always follow manufacturer guidelines and use proper safety equipment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Atlantic Jet Sports is not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses arising from the use, installation, or misuse of any product.
    • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Use of products you purchase from Atlantic Jet Sports is at your own risk.

10. All Products Are For Competition Closed Course Use Only

Performance Product Use & Compliance Notice: Atlantic Jet Sports supplies high‑performance components engineered solely for closed‑course racing and sanctioned competition. These parts are not designed, tested, certified, or warranted for use on public waterways or on watercraft equipped with emissions‑controlled systems. Installing or using these components may change the watercraft’s safety characteristics, emissions compliance, or legal classification. Using competition‑only products on public waterways may violate federal, state, or local regulations. By purchasing, installing, or operating a watercraft equipped with these components, the user acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all associated risks—including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, mechanical failure, or legal consequences. The user further agrees that Atlantic Jet Sports assumes no liability for damages arising from improper installation, misuse, or operation outside of competition environments.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product descriptions, images, logos, branding, and technical resources—is the property of Atlantic Jet Sports and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity. Orders may require additional verification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ocean County, NJ.
