Sale Terms & Conditions

ON-LINE ORDERS:
Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC will NOT automatically bill your credit card at the time that your order is placed.   All shipping rates will be verified and the stock of all items will be confirmed before any on-line order is processed by Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC.  All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).  Customers will be notified of any backorders or delays as quickly as possible via a follow-up email or phone call.  Special order items must be paid for in advance and cannot be refunded after order is placed by Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC for the item. 

The shipping quote provided online is an ESTIMATE ONLY.  At Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC, we strive to combine shipping costs in order to pass the savings on to our customers.  As a result, the final shipping cost may differ from the online quote provided. If there is a significant difference in the shipping cost estimated by our online system we will notify you prior to processing the order for your approval.  Please feel free to request a combined shipping quote from us anytime at sales@atlanticjetsports.com.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Domestic orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS standard ground shipping.  Additional shipping services (1, 2, and 3 day) are available at an additional cost upon the request of the customer and by approval of Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC.  We do not ship any orders C.O.D.

UPS: All UPS domestic and International shipping options include real time online tracking for the customer. 

USPS: The USPS does provide tracking information for Express and Priority shipments.  Although a tracking number is provided the USPS system does not provide real time tracking so there may be delays between scans or periods of time where the package shows no movement.  Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. retains all shipment information as verification of the shipment departure and arrival in your country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) Express Mail or Priority International Mail.  Once your order is received and we are able to determine the exact box size and weight, a customized price quote will be prepared for each service and emailed to you.  Your order will be placed once the preferred shipping method has been confirmed.  Please feel free to request a customized quote in advance at sales@atlanticjetsports.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME:
UPS Standard Delivery - Approximately 3-5 Business Days
USPS Express International Mail - Approximately 3-5 business days (actual delivery time may vary depending on the release of the package by foreign customs). 
USPS Priority International Mail - Approximately 6-10 business days (actual delivery time may vary depending on the release of the package by foreign customs).

Please be aware that the USPS Express and Priority International Mail service has a slower customs clearance than UPS, so in some instances delivery can take longer than estimated.
Please note that all quotes (website, email, phone, invoices, work orders, etc.) are provided in US currency.  These totals may be converted to your currency via the currency converter at http://www.xe.com/ucc/

International shipments are sent Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as duties, clearing fees, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) etc. depending upon the rules of each country.  These fees may vary widely and are the recipients responsibility.  Customers are encouraged to contact their local UPS customs or Postal office for an estimate of these fees.  Likewise, any import duty or fees will be collected at time of arrival during customs clearance upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Once an item has been shipped internationally, it is considered "sold" and is no longer the responsibility of Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC.  Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. is not responsible for any fees, delays, or issues caused by shippers or customs after a shipment has left our facility. If customs and duties are not paid on an order, the order will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be issued.  If a package received by customs is refused because the customer cannot clear the tariffs or taxes, Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. will refund the cost of the purchase only after return shipping fees and any additional fees required to return the package to Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. have been paid by the customer.

DAMAGED SHIPPING CLAIMS:
Customers must inspect all merchandise upon delivery.  If any shipping damage is found, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the delivery carrier while the driver is present.  We recommend taking digital pictures to document proof of the damage to the packaging and product.  All damage claims must be supported by a bill of lading/tracking number and invoice.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Special ordered  items including but not limited to Aqua Carts Transportation/Beach/Display Carts, Jet Trim and Hydro Turf upholstery and mat kits and TDR waterboxes cannot be cancelled once put into production.  Payment for these items is required in advance. Cancellation of all other orders must be received prior to the time that the order has been shipped.  Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC cannot cancel an order after it has left our facility or processed as a drop shipment from one of our distributors.

RETURNS & CLAIMS:
If you receive an item that is defective or arrives damaged, please e-mail us or call our Customer Service Department at 609-489-0571, Tue-Fri., 10:00AM - 4:00PM EST.

At this time one of our customer service representatives will ask you a few questions and may request that you e-mail digital photos to us of the issue. If it is determined that the damage/defect has NOT been caused by the shipping company then the customer service representative will issue you an RMA# and assist you in exchanging your product(s). See note below for exclusions.

If it is determined that the damage/defect has been caused by the shipping company then the customer service representative will assist you in submitting a claim to the appropriate shipping company.

You must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to return a product to Atlantic Jet Sports. You have up to 10 days to return the item back to us.   All returned products must be in unmodified, NEW and UNUSED condition, must be in the original packaging, and must include instruction manuals, hardware and all accessories included when the product was originally shipped.   Any used or installed equipment cannot be returned. Items returned to Atlantic Jet Sports without a RMA# will be refused at our shipping dock.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items returned to Atlantic Jet Sports. The items that are subject to this restocking fee are items that are being returned for reasons other than damage, defect or items that were received as a result of an error by Atlantic Jet Sports. You have up to 10 days to return the item back to us in the original packaging. You will be resonsible for any shipping cost back to us for your return.

Please pack returns carefully (use the packaging the item(s) came in) and use a method of shipment that can be tracked (example: UPS Ground). Once we get back the items we will credit your account for the full purchase price less the initial shipping and handling and if applicable the restocking fee. Please be sure to include a copy of your order receipt.

Merchandise can be returned for a refund to your original method of payment or a store credit.  Please note that refunds made to your credit card can take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.  Returns are processed at our facility on Mondays.

****** IMPORTANT: Please do not place address labels on the item box or package. If the package that the item came in is defaced it cannot be returned. Example: If you are returning a piston kit do not put the shipping label on the piston box. Place the piston kit box inside of a shipping box and place the address label on the shipping box. Again, if the item package is defaced it cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: All Seat Covers, Mat Kits, Mat Sheets, Chin Pads, Waterboxes, Transportation/Beach Dollies, Transportation/Beach/Display Carts,  Transportation/Beach Dolly/Display Carts Parts and/or Accessories, Watercraft Stands, Aqua Performance Watercraft Steps, Special Order, Close-out, and Personalized items are not eligible for returns or credits. DVD, video, audio, software media, service manuals, books and electronics must be returned in their original, unopened packaging (damaged or defective DVD, video, audio and software media may be exchanged for the same merchandise only). Electrical components (starter motors, regulators, relays, cdi, ignition coils, stator coils) are not returnable. All "Open Box" items are excluded from our free shipping offer and are not returnable. All sales are final.

USED PARTS POLICY:
We do not sell any used or reconditioned individual parts.

PRICING POLICY:
All New Jersey orders are subject to 7% sales tax. There will be no sales tax charged for orders shipped outside of New Jersey. All prices are subject to change and/or products discontinued without notice. All pricing on our web site does not include shipping & handling.

Atlantic Jet Sports is committed to offering its customers the best possible price, service and quality products in the watercraft industry. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS:
Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, with respect to any merchandise purchased in any way from Atlantic Jet Sports. All warranties are those of the manufacturer. We will be happy to assist you in placing a warranty claim with the manufacturer but please remember approving or denying a warranty claim is determined by the product manufacturer. Any modification to product(s) voids your warranty. All claims for consequential, physical, incidental or special damage are hereby excluded.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
Product descriptions, performance claims and testing results are that of the product manufacturer and not that of Atlantic Jet Sports. Atlantic Jet Sports will not be responsible for claims made by product manufacturers. Use of these products is at your own risk.

ATLANTIC JET SPORTS WEB SITE USE AGREEMENT:
Atlantic Jet Sports has provided this web site (www.atlanticjetsports.com / www.atlanticjetsport.com) and all product & service information contained within  on the terms and conditions outlined in this "Use Agreement".
