TBM Racing Kawasaki 750/800 Billet Head Kit
The TBM Racing Girdled Head Kit features a patent pending “Dome Saver” design. Racers frustrated with constantly breaking domes on other heads inspired this advanced design. The head body and cap are constructed of 6061 aluminum, while the domes are machined from 7075, which is much more durable and rarely used in the industry due to it’s high cost. This head utilizes a three-piece design that has water flow control not possible with a one-piece head. No gaskets or messy silicone needed as it’s completely sealed by o-rings. The Universal Girdled Head Cap will accommodate the TBM Racing Twin Pipes or Factory Dry or Wet pipe. If using the Factory Dry Pipe you will will need to purchase the Factory Dry Pipe Hardware Kit sold separately.
The TBM Racing Non-Girdled Head Kit has all the features of our Girdled Head without the added expense and complexities of the girdle kit. Cost effective yet high quality you can add to the reliability of your SX-R and have the option of running different compression ratios by interchanging domes. Recommended for use with the stock pipe, or Factory Wet Pipe this head is a great performer at a reasonable price.
The TBM Racing Interchangeable Domes are compatible with both the TBM Non-Girdled and Girdled Head Kits. Manufactured from billet 7075 aluminum alloy and hard anodized for even heat dissipation and corrosion protection. These domes feature a unique bowl shape that is not your typical spherical configuration. Team Kawasaki has proven this design for the past four seasons. Also featuring a stepped squish band which optimizes the piston to dome clearance to gain unsurpassed performance. Standard domes are compatible with any year SX-R 800 cylinder and .020" base gasket.

TBM Racing Kawasaki SX-R 800 Big Bore Domes.
Perfect for the hardcore recreational rider that wants to boost the displacement of his SX-R 800, our Big Bore domes will accommodate up to an 84.5mm piston. Compatible with our popular girdled and non girdled head kits, these domes will enable you to bore up without the fear blowing o-rings. We use the same indestructible 7075 aluminum alloy and hard anodize for corrosion protection. Our Big Bore domes are available in 24cc and 26cc configurations. Pistons are sold separately.

TBM Racing Limited Spec Dome.
When the IJSBA rulebook allowed the use of up to a .060" base gasket in the Ski Limited class we went right to work designing a dome that would accommodate this change. Just like our Standard domes our Limited Spec domes are machined from billet 7075 aluminum alloy and are hard anodized for corrosion protection. The difference in these domes is the increased step in the squish band. A .050" step optimizes the piston to dome clearance when using a .060" base gasket. If a thinner base gasket is used the dome will require machining to prevent piston to head contact. Available in 22cc, 24cc, 26cc, 27cc, 28cc, 29cc configurations.

When the IJSBA rulebook announced that the displacement would be increased to 900cc in the Ski Limited class we went right to work designing a dome that would accommodate this change. Our Big Bore Limited Dome will accommodate an 84mm to 85mm piston. Just like our Standard domes our Big Bore Limited domes are machined from billet 7075 aluminum alloy and are hard anodized for corrosion protection. The .050" step optimizes the piston to dome clearance when using a .060" base gasket. If a thinner base gasket is used the dome will require machining to prevent piston to head contact. Available in 26cc, 27cc, 29cc configurations.

TBM Racing Kawasaki 750/800 Aluminum Spacer Plate (0.062")
The .062" metal core base gasket is a must when competing in the 800 Limited Class. Significant gains (150 - 200rpm) in peak RPM translate to more speed when using this gasket. We highly recommend using the TBM Racing head with the Limited domes to optimize the benefit of this upgrade. When using the .062" base gasket in conjunction with our Limited domes you will net a broader powerband and 2-3 MPH in top speed depending on set up.
TBM Racing Kawasaki 750/800 Poly Base Gasket (.010")
The .010" poly base gasket gives you an alternative to our .005" copper base gasket if you would like to run higher port timing. Some tuners will prefer this gasket over the copper depending on the variations in port heights in the stock cylinders.
