If your order arrives damaged or appears defective, please submit a claim through our Customer Service Order Damage Form. Our team will review your submission and contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All damage/defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; after this period, we cannot assume responsibility for any issues.

If it is determined that the shipping company has NOT caused the item damage/defect, the customer service representative will issue you an RMA# and assist you in exchanging your product(s).

PLEASE NOTE: All shortblock rebuild kits are non-returnable and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. All sales of these items are final.
