The spring-loaded stainless steel step stays in the upward position until needed for added safety benefits. The step features a soft marine foam covering for your non-slip protection and grip. It comes completely assembled with all stainless steel hardware.

Our team will review your submission and contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All damage/defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; after this period, we cannot assume responsibility for any issues.
If it is determined that the shipping company has NOT caused the item damage/defect, the customer service representative will issue you an RMA# and assist you in exchanging your product(s).
