The Roll-n-Go Jet Ski Waverunner Personal Watercraft shore roller ramp includes a 25-foot winch and nylon loop to prevent scratching when loading up your PWC. This convenient shore dock measures 11’ long (optional 8’ and 30″ extensions are available and sold separately to increase the length of your ramp) and an adjustable 11″ – 14” width can accommodate even the largest jet skis. Our jet ski shore ramps are compatible with Sea-Doo, Kawasaki Jet Ski and Yamaha WaveRunner.

If you receive an item that is defective or arrives damaged, please e-mail our Customer Service Department.

One of our customer service representatives will contact you with a few questions and may request that you email digital photos of the issue. If it is determined that the damage/defect has been caused by the shipping company, the customer service representative will assist you in submitting a claim to the appropriate shipping company.

If it is determined that the item damage/defect has NOT been caused by the shipping company, our customer service representative will issue you an RMA# and assist you in exchanging your product(s).

PLEASE NOTE: All ShoreDocker Roll-N-Go Ramps, Ramp Systems, Docking Systems and their Parts and/or Accessories are non-returnable and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. All sales of these items are final. 

All concerns regarding these items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery; after this period, we cannot assume responsibility for any issues.

ShoreDocker’s Roll‑N‑Go system is constructed with long‑lasting, non‑corrosive hot‑dipped galvanized and stainless‑steel components designed to withstand typical marine conditions. The product is warranted to the original consumer‑purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used in freshwater applications. This limited warranty applies only to normal and reasonable use of the product when properly assembled and does not extend to any other purchaser or use.

All warranties are those of the product manufacturer and not those of Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. We will be happy to assist you in placing a warranty claim with the manufacturer; however, please note that the approval or denial of a warranty claim is determined by the product manufacturer. Any modification to a product voids your warranty. All claims for consequential, physical, incidental, or special damage are hereby excluded.
