ADA Racing Kawasaki 800 V2 Girdled Cylinder Head Kit

The ADA Racing Kawasaki V2 Cylinder Head Kit for Kawasaki 750/800 engines. This girdled head uses offset base nuts and requires grinding on the outside of the cylinder to make clearance for the girdle studs. We also changed to larger diameter domes, so going from a standard bore to a big bore just requires new domes and not a new head. The head is completely sealed by o-rings and no head gasket is required.

ADA Racing Billet Dome for ADA Racing Kawasaki 800 V2 girdled head and big bore heads. Squish relief is .005" @ 83mm with a 4-degree angle. These domes will not fit the ADA Racing standard headshells, as the diameter is larger than our standard domes. They are notched to fit around the head studs and use a larger diameter compression o-ring (part # OR153).

ADA Racing Drop Dome for Kawasaki 800 big bore. This dome has a .050" drop at 84.5mm. Can be used with 84.5-85mm bore size. Use with a .060" base gasket. These domes are only for use with the ADA Racing 800 V2 girdled head.

82-83mm Bore Billet Dome has .005” squish relief at 83mm with a 4˚ angle. These domes will not fit standard ADA headshells, as the diameter is larger than standard domes. They are notched to fit around the head studs.

83.5-85mm Big Bore Billet Dome has .010” squish relief at 85mm with a 4˚ angle. These domes only fit V2 Billet headshells, as the diameter is larger than ADA standard domes. They are notched to fit around the head studs.

Note: Version 2 head requires grinding the cylinder for girdle stud clearance. We have seen situations where certain Kawasaki 800 SXR cylinders do not produce the expected compression with the ADA Racing Domes, usually producing lower numbers.  We do not know why this has happened and unfortunately can not tell until the aftermarket head and domes have been installed and compression tested but in all cases, this has been due to the cylinder itself and not the ADA domes.

If your order arrives damaged or appears defective, please submit a claim through our Customer Service Order Damage Form. Our team will review your submission and contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All damage/defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is required for all returns.

Returns must be initiated through your Customer Account Portal within 10 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• Uninstalled
• Unmodified
• Complete with all original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories

Returns not related to damage, defect, or an Atlantic Jet Sports shipping error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Unauthorized returns will be refused at our shipping dock.

All warranties are those of the manufacturer and not Atlantic Jet Sports. We will be happy to assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but please remember that the manufacturer determines whether a claim is approved or denied. Any modification to a product voids your warranty. All claims for consequential, physical, incidental, or special damage are hereby excluded.
