Atlantic Jet Sports now offers two alternatives to the OEM impeller housings that are known to warp and dimple. The original Yamaha impeller housing is constructed of cast aluminum with a thin stainless steel wear ring liner that is pressed into place. Corrosion quickly develops between the dissimilar metals swelling the thin liner until it closes down and jams against your impeller.
These replacement impeller housings offer a replaceable plastic wear ring similar to those found on Sea Doo watercraft. If the liner becomes damaged you simply remove the old liner and replace it with a new one at a fraction of the cost of a new housing.
Also available are the 100% stainless steel heavy-duty Riva Racing impeller housings which are a perfect replacement for your damaged original unit. Durable solid stainless steel construction resists debris damage and saltwater corrosion. When well cared for these stainless steel wear rings will provide years of trouble free use. Directly replacement.
