This item ships in an oversized, heavy package, and our shopping cart system will not accurately calculate shipping costs when ordering multiple units (more than one). If the shipping cost differs from the estimated shipping cost our site shows, we will contact you before processing the order for your approval.

If your order arrives damaged or appears defective, please submit a claim through our Customer Service Order Damage Form. Our team will review your submission and contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All damage/defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; after this period, we cannot assume responsibility for any issues.

If it is determined that the shipping company has NOT caused the item damage/defect, the customer service representative will issue you an RMA# and assist you in exchanging your product(s).

PLEASE NOTE: All shortblock rebuild kits are non-returnable and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. All sales of these items are final.

All warranties are those of the product manufacturer and not those of Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. We will be happy to assist you in placing a warranty claim with the manufacturer; however, please note that the approval or denial of a warranty claim is determined by the product manufacturer. Any modification to a product voids your warranty. All claims for consequential, physical, incidental, or special damage are hereby excluded.
