NOTE: All seat covers are custom‑made to order. As a result, no refunds or exchanges are available for any upholstery products. Please note that upholstery colors displayed on this page may appear lighter or darker than the actual material due to variations in screen settings and lighting. Return and Warranty Policy: All PWC upholstery is made to order and classified as a custom product. Accordingly, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Upholstery is covered by a one‑year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. A valid original receipt is required to process any warranty claim. Non‑slip fabrics are inherently abrasive. We recommend wearing a wetsuit or other protective clothing during use, as direct contact with bare skin may cause irritation.

Ships via UPS and can take up to 6 working days in transit. This item is not included in our "Free Shipping" offer.

International Customers: Shipping charges reflect transportation costs only and do not include international brokerage fees, duties, GST/HST/PST, or other applicable taxes. Customers outside the United States may receive a separate invoice directly from the carrier for these additional charges.

If you receive an item that is defective or arrives damaged, please e-mail our Customer Service Department.

One of our customer service representatives will contact you with a few questions and may request that you email digital photos of the issue. If it is determined that the damage/defect was caused by the shipping company, the customer service representative will assist you in submitting a claim to the appropriate carrier.

If it is determined that the item's damage/defect was NOT caused by the shipping company, our customer service representative will issue you an RMA# and assist you in exchanging your product(s).

All concerns regarding these items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery; after this period, we cannot assume responsibility for any issues.

PLEASE NOTE: All Seat Covers, Mat Kits, Mat Sheets, and Chin Pads are custom-made to order and are non-returnable and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. All sales of these items are final.

Lead time to manufacture most PWC Seat Covers, Mat Kits, Mat Sheets, and Chin Pads is approximately 10-13 production days. Production runs Monday through Thursday.

Hydro Turf Seat Covers, Mat Kits, Mat Sheets, and Chin Pads are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. This limited warranty does not extend to damage or deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or any condition not arising from a manufacturing defect.

All warranties are those of the manufacturer. We will be happy to assist you in placing a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but please remember that approving or denying a warranty claim is determined by the product manufacturer. Any modification to a product voids your warranty. All claims for consequential, physical, incidental, or special damage are hereby excluded.
