Kawasaki Jet Ski Cylinder Sleeve inside diameter must be bored and honed to size of piston after installation. As an optional service, you may send your cylinder to Atlantic Jet Sports for re-sleeving and piston set up, additional fee applies and new piston needs to be on hand at time of service.

Manufactures Note: Original block has a cast-in liner in the cylinder. The cylinder must be bored to accept the new cylinder sleeve. When using a CI style sleeve the cast-in liner will not be completely removed. The sleeve is designed to insert into
the iron lined cylinder.
