Our race bred Supercharger System for the Kawasaki STX-15F
includes all necessary engine components to produce the
ultimate 80mph closed course race craft. Kit contains the
same specifications that Team Kawasaki won back-to-back Pro
Runabout World Titles with. System produces over 300hp using
VP MS109 race fuel (Jet X).
Forged racing pistons and base gasket spacer are installed
to provide maximum reliability for supercharged application.
A Vortech R-5 centrifugal supercharger is mounted to the
rear of motor using supplied brackets. Supercharger is
driven by a heavy duty belt via a driveline coupler pulley.
Pressurized air from supercharger is cooled by a
water-cooled intercooler prior to introduction into original
throttle body. Boost pressure of 13lbs produces a power gain
of approximately 100% over stock motor. Fuel delivery,
engine timing and rev limit are optimized to match the
increased demands of the modified engine via a race
programmed Mitsubishi ECU that plugs directly into factory
wiring harness. Fuel delivery is increased through
installation of larger injectors, auxiliary fuel pump and
auxiliary fuel pressure regulator.
RIVA Free Flow Exhaust Kit is installed to replace the
restrictive sound suppression system located between
waterbox and hull exit reducing backpressure and engine
operating temperatures. Utilizes stock exhaust outlet and
includes RIVA Billet Exhaust Tip.
R&D Pro2 Aquavein Intake Grate and Pro2 Ride Plate are
installed. Top loader intake grate improves hook-up while
reducing cavitation. Ride Plate design allows craft to plane
faster increasing acceleration & top-speed as well as
Skat-Trak Magnum Pump with Swirl Impeller is installed.
Superior materials and design maximize increased power.
Swirl Impeller reduces cavitation while producing improved
acceleration and top-end speed. OE pump inlet shoe is
modified to accept oversized pump.
Skat-Trak Auto-Trim nozzle kit is utilized. Interchangeable
venturi rings allow fine tuning to match highly modified
engine and aftermarket pump. Auto-Trim nozzle automatically
trims craft down when handlebars are turned relieving rider
from manually adjusting trim of nozzle on racecourse. Manual
trim lever and cable are utilized for improved hole shot.
RIVA STX-F Pro-Series Adjustable Sponsons are installed.
Sponsons dramatically improve handling with a superior blade
design and mounting angle. Sponson depth is adjustable to
accommodate any riding style.
Supercharger System includes all necessary hardware and
detailed installation instructions.
