If you receive an item
that does not work or comes to you damaged, please e-mail us or call our
Customer Service Department at 609-489-0571, Tue-Fri., 10:00AM - 4:00PM
EST.
At this time one of our customer service representatives will ask you a
few questions. If it is determined that the damage/defect has not been
caused by the shipping company then the customer service representative
will issue you an RMA# and assist you in returning or exchanging your
product(s). If it is determined that the damage/defect has been caused
by the shipping company then the customer service representative will
assist you in submitting a claim to the appropriate shipping company.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization
Number) to return a product to Atlantic Jet Sports. You have up to 15
days to return the item back to us in the original packaging. Items
returned to Atlantic Jet Sports without a RMA# will be refused at our
shipping dock.
There will be a 5% restocking fee on all items
returned to Atlantic Jet Sports. The items that are subject to this
restocking fee are items that are being returned for reasons other than
damage, defect or items that were received as a result of an error by
Atlantic Jet Sports. You have up to 15 days to return the item back to
us in the original packaging.
Please pack returns carefully (use the packaging the item(s) came in)
and use a trackable method of shipment (example: UPS Ground). Once we
get back the items we will credit your account for the full purchase
price less the initial shipping and handling and if applicable the
restocking fee. Please be sure to include a copy of your order receipt.
****** IMPORTANT: Please do not place
address labels on the item box or package. If the box that the item came
in is defaced it can not be returned.
Please note: Special Ordered, Close-out, and Personalized items are not
eligible for returns or credits |
