Turn plate allows rider to rotate handle bars up or down for riding style reducing arm and wrist fatigue and increasing comfort and control CNC machined aluminum turn plate is designed to exclusively use the new AERO Tapered R&D/FLY RACING handle bars. Steering turn plate and tapered handle bars are designed to be used with the stock cowling 4 - turning ratios: two less than stock, stock, and two quicker than stock.
