I placed an order on Monday with Jim at Atlantic Jet Sports. I emailed to just let him know that if there were any problems to let me know. He said I would definitely have the order by Friday. Friday morning I got a call from Jim and he said the one piece of my order was delayed coming in during the week. He explained that it wouldn't be until Monday that I would get the order if that was OK. I said sure no problem as I was already busy with other projects. I come home later in the evening and on my door step was a package from Jim. He drove to my house (1:15 away) and hand delivered it! That is service!! Thanks again Jim!"

My order was running a little late. So I emailed Jim today, and asked him for an eta on the delivery. He responded back in minutes and said he would look into the delay. Turns out, for whatever reason there was an issue and it got delayed shipping to me. Jim said he would ship it overnight, which would have gotten to me on Monday. Instead of me loosing the weekend working (maybe riding), Jim then offered to DRIVE TO MY HOUSE over an hour away from him to drop it off. I would never ask him to do that, and luckily I was driving down towards his area to buy another x-2. So at 8pm tonight he met me and personally delivered the order! BUY FROM ATLANTIC JET SPORTS!!! I don't think there is ANY other Retailer that would go so far to make a customer happy. JIM IS THE MAN, and his prices are GREAT!"

"I wanted to drop you this email to let you know how happy I am with AJS.  Please feel free to use this on your website.  I found AJS years ago after searching the internet, and thank goodness I did.  I had taken my jet skis ( a 1988 WJR and 92 WR650) to the local dealer in town to have them serviced b/c they hadn't run in years.  The mechanics exact words were "Throw them away, b/c it would cost you too much to have me look at them".  I was astonished, and upset b/c I thought they would never run again.  A couple weeks later I found AJS and started ordering parts and diagnosing the problems.  AJS sent me both a CDI unit and a coil to figure out why my ski wasn't firing.  The CDI was the problem, and AJS took back the coil no questions asked!!!  I also ordered a carb kit and with a quick rebuild my 88' runs better than it did when it was new.  Recently I just had a starting problem with the 92' and AJS sent me a starter, which turned out not to be the problem.  It was actually the bendix gear assembly.  Jim, the owner took the starter back and sent me out the bendix gear assembly, and took back the starter.  I am proud to say that the starting problem is fixed and once again AJS saved my ski from the scrapyard.  I just want to express my thanks to Jim and his company.  His prices are half what my local dealer is and he really seems to care about his customers.  If any of you are thinking of ordering from AJS but aren't quite sure, I'm telling you to do it!  You won't regret it.  Jim is an upstanding guy that has helped me out repeatedly.  I'll always buy everything I need at AJS and no where else.  Thanks a million again AJS!!!"

The fact that when you ran out of Hydro-Turf purple marble mats, you called Hydro-Turf and got them to make one and send it to me directly is nothing short of amazing! There are few (if any) companies out there that are willing to go the extra mile like you have done, just to make sure that I was completely comfortable and happy with my purchase. I can only imagine what other shops would say when I ask, "Can you please call R&D and make sure that I'm buying the right compression head for my engine?" or "Can you call Skat-Trak and give them my engine setup so I make sure I'm getting the correct impeller?" I've never seen such an amazing array of products, with such great prices, served up by such a friendly and amazing staff! The time you've spent on the phone answering my installation questions alone is worth the money I've spent with AJS. You guys have a new customer for life. I'll be sure to tell people where I bought all my performance parts for my 750SX when everyone see the AJS decals on my ski!"
