Atlantic Jet Sports - A++ Drove to my house!
I placed an order on Monday with Jim at Atlantic Jet Sports. I emailed to just let him know that if there were any problems to let me know. He said I would definitely have the order by Friday. Friday morning I got a call from Jim and he said the one piece of my order was delayed coming in during the week. He explained that it wouldn't be until Monday that I would get the order if that was OK. I said sure no problem as I was already busy with other projects. I come home later in the evening and on my door step was a package from Jim. He drove to my house (1:15 away) and hand delivered it!

That is service!! Thanks again Jim!

AJS is the best man. Best prices, best service, and they can get anything. Anytime they don't have something or he has something better he calls you and emails you. Their shipping is dirt cheap too.

That is awesome. Where customer service seems to be in the dumper in so many industries these days, it's nice to hear that some companies still "get it". I've got some goodies to order, I think I will check out their site right now.

They overnighted me a dome from Ca to NJ, the one they shipped my was dinged. So i called and told them, he said np and i had a dome the next day. Awsome

Jim is definetly one of the best in the business. Has met me on a Friday night to drop off my order with parts that I needed to ride! He always comes through, I try to only buy from him when buying NEW stuff.
